MDT announced its intent to acquire temporary peripheral PNS company SPR Therapeutics for an upfront cash payment of ~$650MM w/ an expected close in MDT’s H1FY27. The companies will continue to operate as separate and independent companies until the deal closes.
- Aurora Renews SiLO TFX Patent License, Resolves Royalty Dispute Aurora Spine entered a new four-year license w/ SILIF covering technology used in its SiLO TFX SI Joint System. The agreement resolves a royalty dispute, includes a $283K payment and simplifies future SiLO TFX royalties.
